Liz brings 17 years of experience as a nurse anesthesiologist across major academic medical centers and ambulatory surgery centers on both coasts.  She holds a Master of Science from Columbia University and a PhD from the University of San Diego, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing Anesthesiology. Her background in academia and clinical research informs Axiom's commitment to evidence-based anesthesia protocols. As CEO, Liz ensures every center is staffed with consistent, high-caliber providers and that Axiom exceeds standards in both clinical care and business partnerships.

Eric is a practicing CRNA with over a decade of experience, trained at the University of Southern California after beginning his nursing career at UCLA Medical Center.  He holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business.  As CFO, Eric manages Axiom's financial operations, including provider payroll, surgery center invoicing, insurance billing, and collections.  His dual clinical and business background ensures Axiom's operations run a precisely as its anesthesia care.

Helen graduated Summa Cum Laude from USC's Nurse Anesthesiology Program and received the Agatha Hodgins Award for Outstanding Graduate Nurse Anesthetist.  She has practices anesthesia in the Los Angeles area for over 14 years across academic hospitals and private ambulatory surgery centers.  As Managing Partner, Helen oversees provider credentialing, onboarding, and serves as a clinical liaison for Axiom's partner centers.

Sara has been a CRNA since 2012 in Los Angeles.  Sara earned a Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesiology from the University of Southern California, where she graduated with honors.
Since then, Sara has worked at various institutions, including Keck Medical Center of USC, UCI Medical Center, and numerous ambulatory surgery centers. In these roles, she has administered anesthesia with precision and compassion, focusing on the comfort and safety of her patients.
